Tanzanian Immigration Services Department has by Notice dated 11 September 2025 initiated an exercise between 11 September and 8 October 2025 for inspection and verification of residence permits and other immigration statuses of foreign nationals working and residing in Tanzania.
The foreign nationals may also visit Kurasini Immigration Office, Zanzibar Immigration Head Office and Regional Immigration Offices and present their passports together with relevant immigration statuses for verification within the specified period.
