On 27 July 2017 the Minister of State, Prime Minister’s Office, Policy, Parliamentary Affairs, Labour Youth, Employment and the Persons with Disability, instructed all employers (even with only 1 employee) to register with Workers Compensation Fund (WCF). She noted that many employers have not complied with the requirement to register and gave a grace period of up to 31 August 2017 for employers who have not registered, and punitive measures will be taken for non-compliance. See Daily News and Guardian.

This has been extended to 30 September 2017.

See WCF registration form.
