Newsflash – Foreigners and Small Scale Miners – February 2025

Please see attached report “Foreigners Banned in Small Scale Mining” in the Daily News on 19 February 2025 stating the intention to ban foreigners from engaging in small scale mining activities. We shall monitor the progress of this step as and when it shall be enacted into law.
