VELMA Law is very pleased to support Tanzanian sporting development and pay for the flights to South Africa for 2 sailing instructors Philemon Nasari and Hassan Said to attend on behalf of the Tanzanian Sailing Association the ISAF / Santander Emerging Nations Technical Course for Coaches in Cape Town 4 to 10 March 2013. They shall return better trained to promote sailing developments in Tanzania.
